Run your buying group without chasing spreadsheets.

Keep sign-ups, orders, packages and payout records together, so you know what needs attention and buyers know where things stand.

Keep using WhatsApp. Give buyers a portal with your group's name.

Built by buying-group operators. Your group's branding. Your data stays yours.

Before Kvutza / With Kvutza

Before: a form, a sheet, a chat and a long night of payments

  • Sign-ups in a form, orders in a spreadsheet, questions in a chat
  • Package counts in somebody's head
  • Payouts pieced together from payment apps
  • “Where's my money?” messages all week
  • Guessing whether to tell your dealer more or less

With Kvutza: one record for each deal

  • Each deal's sign-ups, orders, packages and payouts in one place
  • Packages received and checked on a phone
  • Amounts owed calculated from what you accepted
  • Buyers check their own order and payment status
  • Each deal says whether you're short or have spare against what you've pre-sold

Every deal. Every order. Every payout. One system.

What changes on your next deal

And much of it can run on its own: instant sign-up approval, tracking updates, reminders, batch labels and buyer notices, each one once you turn it on.

Organize deals

Run deal day, not a spreadsheet

Set buyer limits, different rates and standby lists for each deal. Approve sign-ups in one place, and duplicate orders are flagged for you.

Receive packages

Know what's arrived

Count what's in each box and accept it or note the problem. Carrier tracking updates on its own once a tracking number is in and your carrier accounts are connected.

Track payouts

Pay buyers without the guesswork

Amounts owed are calculated from the units you accepted, at the payout you agreed, with partial payments and referral commissions on the same record. Kvutza records payouts; you send the money through your own bank or Zelle.

At the desk

Your team receives boxes on a phone

Kvutza installs on your team's phones like an app, with your group's name and colors. Scan the label or type the last few digits of the tracking number, and the box comes up with its buyer and order.

Assistants see only the areas you grant them, so they can help without seeing your finances.

Your buyers

Fewer “where's my money?” messages

Each buyer sees their own orders, from ordered to paid, and what they're owed. Each buyer sees only their own information.

Buyers add the portal to their phone's home screen, see what needs them now, and ask to be paid when money is ready. You choose which notifications to turn on, and each buyer picks how to hear from you.

Built in a working group

Made by the people who run a group

Kvutza began as the system behind the buying group we ran for many years.

“With several deals going at once, that meant several forms, and several spreadsheets for each deal trying to tie them together. … I built Kvutza so all of that lives in one place. Each deal has one record, from sign-up to payout.”

Zalmy, founder

Why I built Kvutza

Your data

Your group, your data

  • A private installation and database for your group
  • Support access only when you grant it, and logged
  • Download your records whenever you like

Your records never share a database with another group's, and your buyers see your name, your web address and email from your own domain. With managed hosting, emergency access during an outage needs two of our staff and a written reason, and your owner is told within one business day.

Bring your last deal and we'll set it up in front of you.

Plans start at $199 a month, hosting included. See pricing
